Stan Duda
Founder and Principal
Marly Associates was founded by Mr. Stan Duda. He and his team are located in the Detroit area with extensive experience in the auto industry, especially in purchasing, sales and manufacturing.
Mr. Stan Duda has been working in the auto industry since he was 17 years old. He started his career as a draftsman designing cutting tools, programming CNCs and working with customers to optimize solutions to fit their needs. After finishing engineering school he became a manufacturing engineer focused on machining and assembly of powertrain components launching new products and starting new plants; and in the last 10 years of his career worked as an Executive Director of Purchasing in global tier one auto suppliers; and offer's his rare combination of technical, commercial and executive background to help organizations grow.
Mr. Duda was born and raised in Greater Detroit Area, and he is the third generation of a family who devoted life and enthusiasm to the auto industry. Detroit is the motor city where the Big 3 OEMs are headquartered, and numerous auto suppliers are located. We believe our bond to the Detroit auto industry, our knowledge on cars, experience in manufacturing and supply chain will enable us to best understand the products as well as the business to further your organization's why, vision and goals.
Ms. Chen is a business lawyer in China, Michigan and New York. She has worked in a major OEM as senior counsel and provided legal services to tier 1/tier 2 suppliers since 2013. Her legal background and experience in handling issues related to international business and auto industry brings considerable value to our team.
Benefited from her bilingual background, Ms. Chen understands the culture difference between the East and the West. Her bilingual capability enables seamless communication between suppliers and customers.
Ms. Chen's principle is to find complementary strength among suppliers and customers, truly bring values to parties involved in the business and achieve a win-win situation.
Nicole Chen
Co-founder
Ms. Nicole Chen, based in Detroit, is a co-founder of Marly Associates. Ms. Chen grew up in China and relocated to Michigan in 2014. Before her relocation to Michigan, Ms. Chen also spent one year in Virginia finishing her law degree.
